My name is Dimitrios Morfis, and I am an orthopedic surgeon with a private practice in Volos. After completing my studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, I specialized in Orthopedics & Traumatology at the University Hospital of Larissa and subsequently served for three years as an Attending Physician at Volos General Hospital.
I have specialized in the treatment of a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including musculoskeletal trauma, hand disorders, sports injuries, osteoporotic fractures, total joint arthroplasty, orthopedic oncology, and orthopedic infections.
I have developed a particular interest in pediatric orthopedic conditions, having completed a three-month training program at the University Hospital of Graz, Austria. In addition, I received training in neonatal hip ultrasound under Professor Reinhard Graf, who established the widely recognized Graf ultrasound method for hip imaging.
Through continuous participation in national and international conferences and educational programs, I strive to remain consistently up to date with the latest developments in orthopedic surgery.
